Full service car wash
We spent over an hour getting our car washed and cleaned, the most expensive service they offer. My husband had used them in the past and had quick, good service. NEVER AGAIN. I do not know how they were rated best in Tyler! To top it off, we were leaving Tyler for a 2 day visit with family, and when they finally finished the car it would not start. They evidently left the key on or something; they must have realized this mistake because they were quick to give us a jump off for the battery. Needless to say, we were late to our appointed time. Thankfully the battery gave us no trouble after that.

Wash
I went back for the free wash after I had the full wheel deal done a few days ago. When I got my truck back, the emergency flashers had been turned on, my radio was changed to a traffic station and both my front seat air conditioner controllers were set to 60 degrees. I take a lot of pride in my vehicle and don't want some idiot jumping in and playing with all the controls. I just started going to the Quick and Easy Car Wash, but they won't have to worry about me coming back. I expect others to respect my property and at Quick and Easy, they don't!

I have never been treated as rudely as the assistant manager that works here treated me. I will tell everyone I know. I left a message for the owner to call. No response. After literally years of going here NEVER again. The guy was a moron, and needs a crash course on customer service. I plan to tell everyone I know.
