Tow and unwanted Repairs

They were called to tow our son's truck to Ford dealership but they convinced him they were qualified and could do it for less. They caused more damage due to incompetence and charged us for their mistake. This is a hard lesson on deception to learn for a college kid.

Mechanic

Hello. I'm James the mechanic that did the work on this Mitsubishi. We had to tear the car down to verify damage. That was the charge. mr lake Dallas was cussing dispatch everyday. He is above the rest of us and very hateful. So I was proud of the owner when he told them to come get the car and do not come back. Sorry for the reply but this man is untruthful. He even told the owner he was Dallas pd. another lie. And my dignaustics was correct .the tear down charge would have been cancelled out if we repaired it as told to him. We really could not make this guy happy.

Towing Auto Repair

Dishonest - Miller’s Wrecker Service: My wife & daughter were in route to my daughter s college registration when my wife s car broke down. Progressive recommended Miller s to tow it. Miller’s told my wife that they could repair her car instead of the dealership which is where she wanted to take it (even though they do not have auto repair as their business or on any signs). They kept the car for 2 weeks. We tried to find out about the car but they would not return calls. We live 70 miles away. When we went to get the car it was still not repaired but we owed them $677. After paying $677, my wife ask the owners wife, Stella Miller, if she could have the car moved out of their garage so I could load it on my trailer, she charged us another $45 to pull our car out of their garage. They would not provide us the bad parts they replaced (or any receipts showing they purchased those parts). Good luck getting to talk to the owner, Tony Miller. The one (and only time I was able to get him to return my calls) he said they did us a favor by only charging us 4 hours of labor for troubleshooting instead of the 3 days of labor he said his best mechanic spent troubleshooting it (which we did not authorize and he still did not determine what was wrong). After checking other reviews online it appears that my wife and daughter are not the first out of town motorists that the Miller s have scammed. You be the judge if this is a business you would trust
