My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. As an Audi enthusiast, I felt that my passion for my vehicle was shared by the entire team at Integrity First Automotive, and I knew that my time and money would not be wasted heading down dead-end roads in the repair process. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.

I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.

I'm from out of town and my brakes went out. They stayed late on a Saturday night and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommended! Barbara B.

Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! Rarely am I compelled to offer positive feedback. Every time I use Alignment Specialists, I always leave feeling confident my car was fixed properly and with a high level of professionalism. My car feels better, more quiet, and it truly puts my mind at ease. This last time, they were excited to tell me they are installing solar panels on their building to power all their high-tech equipment they use to ensure they provide the best results. Dirve a BMW 525i - 2005 about 105K miles. just had my transmission serviced 01/20 (fluid replced etc. 0serviced by these guys, the owner not only had me in his office to get a quote on the price , needed 9 liters. BMW quoted 48 bucks/liter, he gave me a 20 % discount on the total price. I also had a few warning lights, that needed to be looked at, he brought me into the back plugged his computer , and showed me everything that came up. Reset a few minor lights, and no charge for that, Dealership ususally charges 85.00 to reset lights. Very good service, and I would definatelly do business again with them

On my most recent visit Mike Palmer Automotive identified my problem (a loose belt) and fixed it for me in a timely manner at no charge. I have been going to Mike Palmer Automotive for years and I have been very satisfied with them. Mike, Vanessa and all of the mechanics have been great at explaining what is wrong without making you feel stupid. They let you know which repairs need to be done and which repairs can wait. They fix your car in a timely manner at a fair price. They even let you use a loaner car for free while yours is in the shop (all you have to do is pay for the gas you use.) I would highly recommend them to anyone!
