Radiator/Brake flush
Took car in to get looked at. Egan told me it needed a radiator and brake flush. Took it in and 3 days and $200 later the work was done. As I left the brakes felt squishy. Took it back the next day and said it felt like the brakes needed to be bled. Left the car and they said they bled them. Felt the same. There was still air in the brake line. Either they don't know how to bleed brakes or they didn't bother trying and just gave me lip service. My father, who isn't a mechanic, showed me how to bleed the brakes and when he was done the softness was gone. He told me it was good lesson on how finding a good honest mechanic is difficult. For $200 I shouldn't have to be doing work to get things to, well, work right. 2 stars for the fluid I guess.

Replaced the heater controls in my Ford F150, they had to remove the dash, they did a great job!

Staff was friendly and up-front with estimates, no "surprises" came up. So far my vehicle is showing no signs that the work was performed incorrectly. The repairs were expensive, but Egan was competitive in their pricing compared to quotes from other shops with lower customer review ratings.

Oil leaks are a BUGGER to find. It drips on the ground, but where it's coming from can be so dificult to diagnose. They found it, and fixed it, and put it all back together better than it came to them. Really awesome! They washed the air cleaner before they put it back on -- who does that? The repair had them remove the intake manifold on this old truck, and I wanted to see inside. They called me so I could come down and see it while it was still open, while they were scraping the last of the gasket material off the manifold and heads.

Problems were diagnosed quickly and repaired in a timely manner. There was a duplicate charge for one of the parts, but the amount was refunded with no hassle.

Egan diagnosed the problem and found it to be with the clutch pedal and not the clutch assembly. The cost was a fraction of what I expected which was great news. I do a fair amount of car repairs myself and have Egan do the more difficult repairs, I have found them to be fast, honest and knowledgeable. Thank you Egan.

Loyal Customer, Excellent Service
I have taken my cars to Egan Automotive for over 6 years and have always had excellent service. I trust them not to take advantage of Me and know when they tell me something needs to be fixed, it's the truth. I just picked up my car after having the heater core replaced and actually came in under the original quote. Thanks for being so awesome! Cindy Richardson
