Chris Long and team are by far the best qualified repair team for BMWs I have ever used — and having lived in LA and Washington DC, I have a few places to compare. Chris is almost a BMW savant, able to quickly identify and fix issues that seem to escape others. His team, particularly Ruben, are skilled journeymen, and Lori’s office professionalism and customer service are top drawer in every respect. Highest recommendations across the board! Kevin M
