It's the little things like that which will make me come back
I was just there last week for an oil change and wiper fluid change. The service was great; they make it 10 times faster than any other place. The guy servicing my car even noticed I had purchased new wiper blades that were lying across the back seat, and offered to install them for me free of charge. It’s the little things like that which will make me come back again.

Maintenance/Repair
I was first recommended to this shop when I moved from Michigan to Virginia and have never doubted their dedication to providing excellent, timely service. They have worked on three different vehicles of mine over the past 6 years and I have never encountered a problem with their repairs or maintenance work. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.

Good call by the owner
Great service, fairly quick and friendly. I returned the vehicle after a leak developed about a week after an oil change. The owner was there and noted it was not oil but coolant that was leaking. He said to look at the water pump. He was correct, it was the water pump and the radiator had a leak as well. Good call and was happy it was caught before the pump went out on some lonely stretch of highway.

in and out in no time
I am a recent college grad and just moved to Alexandria for a job that fell through at the last minute. As you probably can assume money is extremely tight. Between balancing my student loans, trying to find a steady job, and other living expenses, maintenance on my car has fallen to the way side just a little. I knew my 2004 Honda Civic was due for an oil change by the way she was making some noises at me – it seemed like she was moaning to get looked at. I read the reviews about Lube-It and I decided to take a chance there. I mostly liked the fact that it was supposed to be an in and out service with minimal down time. I reluctantly drove over there because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting into and I’m new in town. I was honestly in and out of there in 20 minutes with an oil change. It was really reasonably priced and they even did some extra services I wasn’t expecting (like wiping down my dash). I was out the door and on to my next errand. Later that night I forgot I was even there because it was literally such a quick stop during my day. Will come here again for the quick and easy service.

Continuously impressed by their staff...
I have been coming to this location since 1998; each time I have received professional and friendly service. The techs are always very honest with me as well. I am extremely satisfied with the service received. You have a wonderful staff. I highly recommend this location to friends!

I've been coming to this location for many years and have never had any problems with them. I recommend them to anyone.
