Successful dent removal on several cars we have owned.
My wife and I have had Perfect Paintless Dent Removal repair 3 or 4 cars for us over the past several years, and they have never failed to do a "Perfect" job every time, just like their company's name suggests. We are getting ready to contact them again about an estimate and repair of a used car we recently purchased. We hope they can help us again.

Dent Repair
Unbelievable! I lost my mind when I found that some idiot had opened his car door into the rear fender well of my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. I did some research and found perfect paintless dent removal in my area and read the reviews. Although I am a total skeptic, I am a true believer now! The Chang's set up an appointment and came to my house. After assessing the damage, I accepted the price and he went right to work on the car. This is a total professional, with skills that have to be seen to believe. It is not cheap, but it is far less than a body shop and you do not lose your car for a week. There are no words for the level of professionalism quality work that was performed. I would recommend them to anyone... Thank you for giving me back my car and peace of mind.

Dent removal
Having found someone had very kindly allowed their shopping cart to smash into my car - of course without leaving a note - I found Chang on the Internet. Quite simply, he is a magician! The 2" dent and 3 parallel gouges in the clearcoat have gone as though they were never even there. It is amazing. It isn't cheap but I know that the paintshop would have done nowhere near as good a job as Chang. Did I say it was amazing?!

Dent removal
Chang Lim did a phenomenal job removing a deep dent in the corner of the rear pillar on my odyssey where I had backed into my husband's boat. This was no small door ding type dent. It was a very noticeable dent right in the corner but fortunately had no crease in the metal. His wife reassured me it would look like new when he was done. The clearcoat had a small scuff from the encounter with the boat and of course that was still there when the dent was removed but you cannot tell it was ever dented!! The dent removal was perfect and he did NO damage to the paint! I look at it every time I walk by it and marvel at how good it looks. Chang is a perfectionist. The dent which irritated me so much when I saw it was gone and now I smile every time I see the spot where it used to be. Can't put a price on that - which is good because I'm sure they were not the cheapest service around but they were less than the body shop would have charged and I was willing to pay to have it done right. Paintless dent removal is an art that takes time and skill to develop. Chang has been doing this for 20 years and he is a true artist. If you are particular and want it done right Chang is the guy for the job. They were very flexible in scheduling my appointment and were right on time. The only person who will be doing dent removal for me is Chang - I am a customer for life!

6/2/2011 I contacted Perfect Paintless Dent Removal yesterday after reading such wonderful reviews about their company and it's services. I have a 1999 BMW M3 that had 18 dents in total. After contacting the Changs I set up an appointment at my place of business to have them come out and estimate/inspect the damage. They arrived 10 minutes early and were ready to go (punctuality is everything!) I had them do an estimate for a total of 16 dents, some big, some small. I was quoted for $485 for the removal of ALL the dents. (it may seem high, but my car was pretty banged up after 12 years of parking lots, careless motorists and general driving.) From reading previous reviews, I heard this company would be slightly more expensive than it's competitors, but their work is emmaculate. They were right. They began at 10am sharp. Nearly 2 hours later Mr. Chang worked his magic. After doing a very thorough look over of the car I couldn't tell were ANY of the dents were. They were completely gone with no loss of paint what so ever. During the removal of the dents Mr. Chang found two additional ones which were not seen previously by me or the estimator and fixed them free of charge. If you are shopping around for companies in the NoVA area, look no further. Sure, $485 seems like a lot of money, but for the removal of that many dents and the ease of them coming to you was totally worth it. Dent removal is truly an art form and Mr. Chang is a Master artist. I would use them again and or recommend them to anyone else in a heart beat!
