The service rep called me to tell me they did everything they could to find the problem but could not fix it & I should probably take my car to the Dealership. When I went in to pick up my car Berry apologized for not being able to repair the car & let me know it was NO-CHARGE. I could not believe it. Now that is customer service!!! This is why my family takes our five cars to Firestone for all our service. We trust that team of mechanics! I then proceeded to take my car to the dealership where I was raped & pillaged.

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors.
