Within 24 hours of getting four new tires installed, I noticed a center cap missing. I called and he was sure they installed it and insisted someone must have stolen it. I spent 10 minutes pointing out how unlikely it was for that coincidence to happen to no avail. After I spent $723.03, he was unwilling to accept $10 worth of responsibility.

Mechanic went through each wheel and told me I was good to go and to "get home safely". Got about half a mile up the road and started hearing loud knocking from front of car. Called tow truck and found i was missing 3 lugnuts. Not only could this have damaged my car but most importantly it could've been my life or my wife and kids could've been in the car! My new wheel os bent and I have to spend the money to replace and of course.... They're denying liability. Save your time and go some place else PLEASE
