I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

The service rep called me to tell me they did everything they could to find the problem but could not fix it & I should probably take my car to the Dealership. When I went in to pick up my car Berry apologized for not being able to repair the car & let me know it was NO-CHARGE. I could not believe it. Now that is customer service!!! This is why my family takes our five cars to Firestone for all our service. We trust that team of mechanics! I then proceeded to take my car to the dealership where I was raped & pillaged.

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic.
