They will tell you that due to their business liability insurance additional work must be done and that your vehicle is unfit to drive until it is done. This is a nasty sales gimmick used to con people into agreeing to unnecessary work. If your car is unfit to drive that is to be determined by the state vehicle safety inspection station you choose to take your car or truck to once a year. Not an vehicle repair and tire shop looking for financial gain. There are other tire and auto repair shops in the Richmond, Virginia metro area and I strongly suggest taking your business there.
