Hall's Tire & Auto did an excellent job. I suffered a flat and had been waiting to get new brake pads. Hall's fixed both for me, no appointment needed, in just a couple of hours. The reviews on Yelp were spot on - excellent customer service, quick repair, established business in place for 66 years. If you need repair work, I recommend Hall's.

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

The Best, hands down! Automotive Specialty is the only place I take my 1995 Mercedes C220. From general preventive maintenance, to work of more serious nature, they do it all, and they do an extraordinary job. They are worth the 10 miles I drive to take my car to them. They are driven to give friendly and caring customer service with honest assessments of whatever problem my car may have, fair prices, quality work and expert automotive knowledge. It is a real garage, not fancy-schmancy, and your car will get fixed right the first time, 99.9% of the time.

Best Repair Shop Around! A undereducated diagnostic lead me to believe car problem was one thing but they not only fixed the correct problem, they saved me money as well. Kind and courteous staff kept me aware of progress and made me feel that my best interests were as important to them as it was to me. Owner greeted me personally which is something you don't get just anywhere. Pricing was great as was my entire experience. Highly Reccommended

The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk always lacks a bit of professionalism and the reception area is always a mess, but I still recommend Delta V and prefer it over a VW dealership

Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

NEVER GO HERE! NEVER! The review from Stephen in 2013 is accurate, I just wish that I had seen it before I took my cars to Cabin Creek Auto. Bubba, Shirley, and Joey SEEM nice but, like Stephen says, "they are money hungry crroks that charge outrageous amounts for simple fixes". I brought my RAV4 there to have the oil changed and an engine diagnostic because lights would come on intermittently. Bubba said that the reason for this was a bad battery. He changed the battery, the oil and filter - that was all. My bill was over $450! He said that he broke the housing for the filter and it had to be replaced. It turns out that he didn't do the job right. It was leaking oil, so we just had it repaired at the dealer (another $230). Stupid us, we brought our antique car there a few weeks ago to have it "fixed" because the brakes weren't working right. WE bought the brake lines. He still charged over $450 for the repair - no anti-lock brakes, no parts, only labor! When I asked him about that he got defensive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CHEATS!

Went in asking for quote on replacing front struts. They said I would have to provide VIN to find parts. (I could find it online without it). Was able to quote $2000.00. My regular mechanic quoted $700.00 for the job. I tried them because my regular mechanic was unable to meet my timeline needed. When I questioned their quote they told me I may need all struts replaced. How are they able to know that when I ask for the front to be replaced. I had been a customer for years but had several bad experiences in the last few visits. Females beware! They try to make you get unnecessary repairs.

The disrespect, & dishonesty I have experienced at this particular store is unreal. I went in for a state inspection in July after my car had just been services in May and told, "you have no mechanical problems." So you can imagine my surprised when my car failed and the cost for it to pass was almost $300.00. At first I'm told that a brand new headlight that hadn't been installed for more than a week was "not working at all." It suddenly started working again when I told them I'd just had an entire headlight package put in. It appears there is a 'people preferrence' in this store as I hear a hearty "good morning" to a man of another persuasion while I get my keys yanked from my hands. I've been going to this shop for over a year now and I can honestly say that I WILL NEVER SHOP ANOTHER ALLEN TIRE store again and neither will I allow family, friend, or foe go there. If you want quality car & customer service DON'T TAKE YOUR CARE TO ALLEN TIRE ON FOREST HILL AVE.!!!!!! You've been warned!!

FAIR WARNING!! Simple job to install valve stem on dually camper. Mounted tire and just 500 miles later had loud cracking in rear. Pulled over and my tires were about to fall off! Had this happened at 65mph who knows what would have happened, but was coming off exit ramp. Road tech came out pulled wheel to find all 8 studs had snapped and stated improper torque or under-torque of wheels as noted by damage to stud holes in rim (need a new rim). Seredni blamed this on recall for E450 lug/studs (Google it yourself; there is NONE and only 1 report of wheels coming off an E450 on all the internet!). Long story short, stuck with $500 repair bill and they hoped they could help me on any other car repair issues.....really??

drop car for oil change and tire rotation,picked car up an hour later, husband had marked the oil filter and the two front tires with chalk...get home same marks on tires up front and same oil filter,what a conartist shop these people are bunch no good,back yard mechanics..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
