BEWARE!!!!!! Shop employees or manager robbed me blind. Seen my out of state tags I guess. Stolen over $2500 from me. He parks cars outside of there lot where no cameras are, also known for breakin he claims. Car was not broken into but just robbed by employees. Beware your vehicles are not safe from this establishment. Very shady. This would never happen under Sean the owner. Terrible management now!!

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first. The service rep called me to tell me they did everything they could to find the problem but could not fix it & I should probably take my car to the Dealership. When I went in to pick up my car Berry apologized for not being able to repair the car & let me know it was NO-CHARGE. I could not believe it. Now that is customer service!!! This is why my family takes our five cars to Firestone for all our service. We trust that team of mechanics! I then proceeded to take my car to the dealership where I was raped & pillaged.

My husband took our Mercedes in because the headlights were going out while driving at night. We took it in for repair. We were told that the diagnostics said the alternator needed to be replaced. After paying a bill for 495.00, the car was still doing the same thing the next day. We took our car back to get the problem corrected. In the mean time, my husband called a local Mercedes repair shop to inquire about the headlights and they told him that most likely a module needed to be replaced. (No mention of the alternator at all). Low and behold, when we called Buddy South back, Scott, the manager told me that they THOUGHT the problem was the alternator but now they THINK it is a switch and we needed to fork over another $520 dollars. When I asked why both problems did not show up when they did the diagnostics, he said they only checked for problems with the alternator. (But the diagnostics should have been to detect the problems no matter what was causing the problem).I asked Scott if they checked to make sure that the problem was fixed after they replaced the alternator and he said he could not duplicate the problem. However, they were able to duplicate the problem the second time around. All they had to do was let the car run with the headlights on for 10 minutes and "voila". I don't think they tried the first time around, because they ASSUMED the alternator was the problem. Basically, if you have a foreign car, don't let BUDDY SOUTH guess at your car problems....It will cost you dearly. I was forced to give them one star but I would never recommend this shop to any one.....unless I really wanted to see them spend unnecessary money. I wouldn't wish that on any one.

Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

Hall's Tire & Auto did an excellent job. I suffered a flat and had been waiting to get new brake pads. Hall's fixed both for me, no appointment needed, in just a couple of hours. The reviews on Yelp were spot on - excellent customer service, quick repair, established business in place for 66 years. If you need repair work, I recommend Hall's.

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

Stay away from here. Buyer beware. Shady AF POS here. Man misrepresents himself as private dealer on Craigslist. List purchase price for under what you pay for it on legal paperwork, will not work with you once money is in hand. Asked for refund and was told it was spent on "medical bills" and claims to have bad heart. I hope he actually is telling the truth about his heart and I hope it hurts - so he knows what every customer who was foolish enough to buy a car from his crooked establishment feels. Go anywhere else, you will regret this place. Freedy and Jack belong in a jail cell not a "dealership".
