I had my transmission repaired at Gearbox in Richmond Va.  During the repair, they broke my transfer case and falsified the documentation stating that it was leaking when the vehicle was brought into the shop.  They attempted to repair the transfer case they broke with JB Weld and when this failed they wanted me to pay them to fix something they broke because they were negligent.  

Buyer beware.

I turned down Rob's offer thru the BBB for me to pay him a reduced rate to fix the transfer case he and his crew negligently broke.
