Certified Saab 9-5 warrenty work
I had many bad experiences with this dealership as well! I was told by the "service writer" to take my business elsewhere because I complained about their poor service. My calls to their management were not returned. I finally gave up and had Suttle Saab of Newport News, Va. do the work. Their service level was great! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SAAB TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I can truly say this is the worst auto sevice I have ever received. If you have any other option for car repair, use it. After thee service trips we were told the problem was something else. Parts already installed had no warranty because that was not the problem. After persistent conversation (and mind you this vehicle is 200 miles from home because my son has it at college) they replaced the part having me sign there was no warranty and refused to install it. When questioned on why the problem of origin was not discovered initially, the service manager told me he based repairs on what the customer said was wrong with the car. So, if you do take your vehicle in for service, you had better diagnose it correctly!
