BEWARE!!!!!! Shop employees or manager robbed me blind. Seen my out of state tags I guess. Stolen over $2500 from me. He parks cars outside of there lot where no cameras are, also known for breakin he claims. Car was not broken into but just robbed by employees. Beware your vehicles are not safe from this establishment. Very shady. This would never happen under Sean the owner. Terrible management now!!

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. They looked at it, explained what they saw and why it wasn't needed. So I believe they are honest and not just out to make a buck wherever they can. Frank J. Mechanicsville, VA

The tires are reasonably priced here, unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. Seredni Tire and Auto on Route 360 in Mechanicsville, Virginia is a shop that uses claims of insurance liability as a sales gimmick in an attempt get vehicle owners to authorize unnecessary repairs and/or work on their vehicles. After you drop off your car or truck, about a hour later you will get call. They will tell you that due to their business liability insurance additional work must be done and that your vehicle is unfit to drive until it is done. This is a nasty sales gimmick used to con people into agreeing to unnecessary work. If your car is unfit to drive that is to be determined by the state vehicle safety inspection station you choose to take your car or truck to once a year. Not an vehicle repair and tire shop looking for financial gain. There are other tire and auto repair shops in the Richmond, Virginia metro area and I strongly suggest taking your business there. Life is too short and we all work too hard for our money. Skip Seredni Tire and Auto on Route 360 in Mechanicsville, VA and go to a business who respects your time and your hard earned money without the unprofessional attitudes, fictitious claims and sales drama found at Seredni.

I found this shop last year and had no doubts I would be going back whenever I needed service.The work done was quick and very fair priced! It is very hard this day and age to find a repair shop you trust, but C.P's definitely lives up to that! Not only honest but goes the extra mile. I took my car in and found out I didn't really need brakes (a shop where I got tires told me I did) So if you want excellent service, go to C.P's!!!

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

The Best, hands down! Automotive Specialty is the only place I take my 1995 Mercedes C220. From general preventive maintenance, to work of more serious nature, they do it all, and they do an extraordinary job. They are worth the 10 miles I drive to take my car to them. They are driven to give friendly and caring customer service with honest assessments of whatever problem my car may have, fair prices, quality work and expert automotive knowledge. It is a real garage, not fancy-schmancy, and your car will get fixed right the first time, 99.9% of the time.

Best Repair Shop Around! A undereducated diagnostic lead me to believe car problem was one thing but they not only fixed the correct problem, they saved me money as well. Kind and courteous staff kept me aware of progress and made me feel that my best interests were as important to them as it was to me. Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

Hall's Tire & Auto did an excellent job. I suffered a flat and had been waiting to get new brake pads. Hall's fixed both for me, no appointment needed, in just a couple of hours. The reviews on Yelp were spot on - excellent customer service, quick repair, established business in place for 66 years. If you need repair work, I recommend Hall's.

Went in asking for quote on replacing front struts. They said I would have to provide VIN to find parts. (I could find it online without it). Was able to quote $2000.00. My regular mechanic quoted $700.00 for the job. I tried them because my regular mechanic was unable to meet my timeline needed. When I questioned their quote they told me I may need all struts replaced. How are they able to know that when I ask for the front to be replaced. I had been a customer for years but had several bad experiences in the last few visits. Females beware! They try to make you get unnecessary repairs.

NEVER GO HERE! NEVER! The review from Stephen in 2013 is accurate, I just wish that I had seen it before I took my cars to Cabin Creek Auto. Bubba, Shirley, and Joey SEEM nice but, like Stephen says, "they are money hungry crroks that charge outrageous amounts for simple fixes". I brought my RAV4 there to have the oil changed and an engine diagnostic because lights would come on intermittently. Bubba said that the reason for this was a bad battery. He changed the battery, the oil and filter - that was all. My bill was over $450! He said that he broke the housing for the filter and it had to be replaced. It turns out that he didn't do the job right. It was leaking oil, so we just had it repaired at the dealer (another $230). Stupid us, we brought our antique car there a few weeks ago to have it "fixed" because the brakes weren't working right. WE bought the brake lines. He still charged over $450 for the repair - no anti-lock brakes, no parts, only labor! When I asked him about that he got defensive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CHEATS!

The disrespect, & dishonesty I have experienced at this particular store is unreal. I went in for a state inspection in July after my car had just been services in May and told, "you have no mechanical problems." So you can imagine my surprised when my car failed and the cost for it to pass was almost $300.00. At first I'm told that a brand new headlight that hadn't been installed for more than a week was "not working at all." It suddenly started working again when I told them I'd just had an entire headlight package put in. It appears there is a 'people preferrence' in this store as I hear a hearty "good morning" to a man of another persuasion while I get my keys yanked from my hands. I've been going to this shop for over a year now and I can honestly say that I WILL NEVER SHOP ANOTHER ALLEN TIRE store again and neither will I allow family, friend, or foe go there. If you want quality car & customer service DON'T TAKE YOUR CARE TO ALLEN TIRE ON FOREST HILL AVE.!!!!!! You've been warned!!
