Service Provided

My car needed tires. Meineke actually referred me to another place to get all 4 tires. They didnt try and sell me things I didn't need or want. I came back for my alignment and inspection! I will definitely go back for service on my vehicles and refer people here. Oh and the techs and the front person were very nice and helpful.

Great service, but $30 some to change a $17 bulb seems a bit much. But I guess better than doing it myself. Thanks

Great Customer Service

My daughter is a student at Shenandoah and was having issues with her car. We don't live in VA and her car needed to be looked at before she drove home for spring break. Called and spoke with Dave and he said he could look at the car that day (as opposed to 2 days later at one repair shop and 4 days later at the dealership!). I was really worried about her being taken advantage of but this place couldn't have been nicer. What I thought was a huge problem wasn't and they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Minimal out of pocket and Dave kept in constant contact with us on updates. Picked up the car the next day. Will definitely go back here if we need to have service when she's not home! Becki R.
