oil change
I took my car for a standard oil change. I have always taken good care of my vehicles, following manufacturer recommendations. This was my first visit to Trinity in Winchester, VA. Friendly, quick service. However, in the first 5 minutes they broke my dipstick. No one apologized, offered any compensation or felt bad about the situation. Not only that, the dipstick was stuck in the car's dipstick holder. I called the manager and told him my concerns, and he said that 'it happens all the time, nothing I can do.' I feel this was very bad for business and I will not return.

Service Provided
We've used Trinity Lube for several years. Friendly people and decent price, but I recently looked underneath of my Tundra and noticed that none of the u-joints on the drive line looked like they had been greased. Had a mechanic friend look at the grease fitting while he was repairing a heat shield and he agree. It doesn't appear to me that Trinity Lube had actually been lubing!
