Clutch "Replacement"
An additional note: SuperPages says Handy's is Better Business Bureau certified or affiliated. A quick search of the BBB site proves that to be a lie as well. They are not trustworthy, and will rob you blind at the first opportunity.

Clutch "Replacement"
My clutch blew a hydraulic line. AAA dispatched Handy's truck and I was towed to their garage. The towing service was quick, polite and efficient. Unfortunately, he took me to a crooked shop. I was told my car required an "engine-out clutch replacement." Three days and over $1000 later, my car was "fixed." The engine had not been removed, the clutch had not been replaced, but the hydraulic line I pointed them too had. I was lied to about the problem, the solution, and what labor had been performed. I was charged for parts that were never replaced, and labor that was never performed. How do I know this? Because the mechanic who installed the clutch 22,000 miles earlier confirmed that the same parts he installed were still on it, and the engine showed absolutely no signs of having been removed. Handy's is run by a conman and fraudster of the lowest variety.
