We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

I had 2 children with me. The Emergency Road Side Assistance company was going to make sure to find a company with a truck with a big enough cab that would pick us up. First the co. they chose gave me and the insurance company an estimated time of an hour and a half. Then the operator (Kendra) called to let me know they'd be a "little late" to fill up on gas, etc. I was thinking 15-20 minutes (that's a little). She didn't specify a time. After 25 minutes passed the estimated time I called Express Towing again and spoke with the dispatcher (Kendra every time) and I asked "How much longer till he is here." She out right lied to me and said "Oh I believe he is loading up right now." She didn't have a problem saying this because I had told her on the previous conversation that I was just going to go home with my "rescuer". But we decided to stay and wait in my rescuers vehicle. So because she thought I was long gone she lied to make it sound like they were getting it done! Rather than take integrity and say "Im sorry, he is taking a little longer." All I ask of a company is to take integrity then I can deal with the fact that they are running behind. Anyways...he got there 6 minutes later after she originally told me he was there already. He had a passenger with him, so how exactly were me and my two kids supposed to ride with him if he has a passenger already? And the passenger never once got out of the truck and did not look like an employee so very unprofessional!! Luckily I had that extra ride home last minute! Kendra also "over quoted" me so that I wouldn't be charged more than she said. She never once mentioned TAX. Though she lied again to me and got rude and said yes she did. SO my total cost was a few dollars over the "over quote" I don't argue with people I just turn around and write a review instead. Otherwise I probably would have been on the phone with her for 20 minutes complaining. She definitely was rude and again...No INTEGRITY!
