Kerri the owner makes promise he can't keep, he said he would meet or beat my 5 quotes on 1998 Subaru outback head gasket job. Quotes are from 1800 to 2100,we walked out at 3400 and car runs then it doesn't to the point where I can't feel safe driving it. When it quits they say I have to cover the tow, wow really. They replaced my battery without permission, they replaced my fuel pump without permission, they did not replace wire harness I asked them to do, they taped it up. The did not even vacuum glass out when they replaced my passenger window. The did not replace fuel filter when the did pump. My battery was under warranty and 5hey gave it up as a core and charge me for a battery that won't start my car 75 percent of the time. They will not respond well to comments that show the true light, you will have to take them to court to get any of you money back. Now I see why they are not credited with BBB

Horrendous place to deal with. BBB accreditation revoked. Their mechanic did more harm than good when "fixing" the van we purchased, then became verbally abusive and swore at me when I got upset. We were promised a list of things that would be fixed prior to taking possession of our van and hardly anything was fixed despite bringing the van back to them multiple times. The radiator was cracked and rusty and while supposedly "fixing" it multiple times, the mechanic never saw this??? We were promised a new heater core but each time we got it back it was no better than before and nothing was done.  We were scraping the frost off of the inside AND outside of the windows in the middle of winter with our kids in the car because we had no defrost and no heater for weeks.  They were supposed to replace a leaky tire but they just pumped up the old one.  We put new wiper blades on as soon as we got the van but the wipers didn't work properly (that was on the list) so we took the van in to get them fixed and the mechanic bent them, then claimed they were like that when we brought it in, essentially calling me a liar.  I was then charged for new blades to replace the new ones HE broke and was told that if I didn't pay, they would "call in the loan" even though I had made my payments on time and was not in any breach of contract. That's when we decided we were NOT going to continue to deal with them and got the money together to pay them off. In the end we sank another $1K into it just to repair the items we were promised would be fixed in the first place, all within 90 days of walking onto their lot. They are unprofessional and rude! The owner seems nice but he makes promises regarding service that the rest of the people in that office can't fulfill - whether due to personality, or simple lack of skills, and he won't step up to make sure things are done right.
