Repair of exhaust
I had appt to have IRA's muffler look at my 2004 Dodge 1500 for a quote/repair. I showed up a little earlier and Rob got me in right away. After he looked at my exhaust he said he would be able to repair the exhaust by simply welding it. The repair only took 15 mins. I appreciate the honesty and efficiency of IRA's muffler. When I do have to get new exhaust I will take it to IRA's muffler. An honest repair shop.

Exhaust
Ira was the muffler shop I usually go to I just recently stopped by to get a flowmaster on my truck found out they had new owners. Ira always did a good job and found someone good to fill his place. Very happy with how it turned out sounds great!

Iras shop is now under new owners and does a great job just got exhaust done and it could not have turned out better

New exhaust
I have had Ira do work for me in the past many years ago, and went back to him because of his quality service. So three days ago when I needed a new exhaust, I called him two weeks in advance of when I needed my exhaust put on he said no problem, called him the day I needed my exhaust put on, he told me that he had time to work on it and to come down. When I showed up he evaluated the car and told me it would be a little more than originally quoted over the phone I said no problem, he said I would have to come back tomorrow to get it done because he had scheduled a job even though he knew I was coming, whatever! I showed up the next day at the scheduled time at 1:30 walked up to the garage he turned around and said, I've decided to pass on this job I replied you're kidding right, he said no I'm not kidding I don't want to do it I said you have had me come here twice and then told him he was a very unfair man and I was ashamed to have referred him to so many people. So beware of this unreasonable and Irrational man. On the bright side I then went to classic muffler and even though the guy was closing up I told him the story and asked if he could get me in he parked his truck and knocked it out in an hour for the same price.
