When I bought my used Subaru A&A did a great job on changing the head gaskets. They did it in a timely manner and no problems after. Just had a complimentary oil change too. I am more than pleased with this company! I purchased a remote starter for my 20 old Caddy and it gave me problems from the get go. Three times Safe and Sound employees managed to get the car started when I could not. Once they drove to a local restaurant and found me, the second time to my house and then asked if I could drop by their shop for a complete redo. Needless to say, I am impressed with their attention to the Customer. I have been in the Valley 20 years and have not had this kind of customer service ever. I asked the manager why do you do this? His answer was perfect.....we want our customers to be pleased with the products we sell and with how we do things. I wish all service companies in the area understood this and put it into practice. Had them bore a block and some head work. Terrible job, every bore was tapered or egg shaped, piston to wall clearance was anywhere from .0005 to .0035. Had block inspected by two other shops, had to bore out to .040 to fix it. They ground the margins off every valve but one, ruining brand new valves. If your looking for a shop I would keep looking.

Took car in for oil change told needed new brakes and the steering rack was leaking would cost about $2,500.00 to fix. Today I took my car to dealership in Anchorage and they checked it out assured me brakes were good and there were NO leaks. One has to wonder if had said ok to Midas would they have done the work or just pocket the money ?
