My car looks brand new!! Thanks for everything =)

I had them tow my vehicle to their shop on a Friday morning nd the mechanic told me it would be done later on in the day, definetly by closing and they would call when finished. Around closing get a phone call that they r not done, as a matter of fact did not touch my car, but assured me I would have it first thing Saturday, for sure early afternoon. Well it's early afternoon, no mechanic has been into the shop today, vehicle has not moved since tow truck dropped it off, and I am in a hell of a bind because of their nonsense. It's the last time I deal with these yackoffs. What horrible service? Should not be that hard to find a decent mechanic that will hold their word.

The owner/mechanic of this shop is a crook. He orders knock off parts for vehicles, and charges the consumer for high end parts. He had our truck all Summer, and did work that was not necessary resulting in damaging my truck. He swore he would return our money on multiple occasions and said he was sorry. He has not returned our money, or made any payments for subsequent damages due to his incompetence and greed. I would not advice anybody to take their vehicles to this Shop. The owner of R&R auto is not a honest business person and he takes advantage of his customers. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I have to rate this auto shop so this post can be generated. In my book R&R auto gets a ZERO!
