Auto repair service near Dothan, AL

Our RV broke down at the Alabama rest area on our way to a camping trip. We spent the night there and started calling the next morning to find someone to help us but no one wanted to come out or offer to have it towed to the shop. We called Techway and they sent a tow truck to haul it in. They were very nice and professional. When we went to pick up our RV our Jeep we drove to that we pull behind the RV started acting odd and they took it right back and diagnosed the problem and got us on the road in just a couple of hours! We have used Hughes Bros. more than once and highly recommend their work. Very professional from office to body shop. They were able to match the paint perfectly. We have been very satisfied and wouldn't use anyone else. Every time our insurance company has suggested where to carry our vehicle we've told them we wanted to use Hughes Bros.

We had our truck repaired by Henry Arnold Ford in late November. They charged us $750 to repair a small fuel leak and a couple other minor things. The truck was running fine when we took it in. They fixed it and said the truck was good to go. Well a week later the truck completely quit and stranded our son on his way back to college. It was a wiring harness in the area they claimed to have fixed. We contacted them and they said they would come get it and make it right. Well, they did send a wrecker and fixed the truck. However, they charged us an additional $360! Unbelievable. Not only was the initial bill outrageous, they also charged us again for something they missed to start with. We will never use them again.
