DO NOT TRUST THEM! Several years ago the Pep Boys was a great place to go for service. Recently, the management has changed and the focus is obviously on the up-sell. Last week I took my car in for an oil change and tire repair (nail in tire). Three hours later I received a call that the tire could not be repaired and I would need to purchase a new tire ($150+). After I explained that I purchased the tire there and had hazard coverage the manager Kyle replied "Oh I didn't notice." Well it's a good thing I KNEW what I had purchases. Once he checked the computer the cost of the tire dropped to $55. Kyle then informed me that I need a special engine treatment or the car's engine would be damaged during the upcoming cold weather. I explained to Kyle that my finances were limited and he stated that the cost would be $49.00. I asked for more information because I was afraid I was being taken advantage of and after Kyle's explanation I felt that it was a vital service. I said to Kyle "With the tire at $55 and the engine service at $49, my total cost will remain around $100 so I guess I better get the engine taken care of too." When I arrived to pick up the car, Al was very nice and explained that the Engine service was $99, but I explained that Kyle said it was $49. Al called Kyle as Kyle had conveniently left for the day. When Al finished his phone call he stated that Kyle said it was $99. Knowing it was not Al's fault I simply paid my bill which now was nearing $200! Upon arriving home BROKE and disheartened by the downturn in service and management at a place I use to rely on, I told the story to my son. My son (who typically drives this car) went out to the car and came back with a receipt from 3 months ago showing the car had a complete engine inspection and service from Mazda (including a computer report on the engine). I now know NOT to trust Kyle and my local Pep Boys! Sadly, a place I've used since it opened is now off the list of trusted places. Just another stereotypical, take advantage of people repair shop.

WORST car dealership experience ever! the prices were way over blue book and they seem to knowingly sell lemons. the sales man refused to provide any information on their used cars history. thank god we paid for our own carfax report, because the two suvs we were considering were both misrepresented. one had been in a collision and the other was a reported lemon. did i mention the sales man (and i'm taking some liberties calling him that) was a complete and utter twat? two pieces of advice my friend: Beware What You Buy & Show Me The Carfax.

Who are these guys? Are they Wolesale Solutions Inc or Whlesale Aut Plus LLP Which ever they are they are not listed in the corporations index with state of alabama. Very unprofessional. Becareful who you are dealing with.....especially when they list the same vehicle on two different sites under different names......strange dude there things is is all tha and talks to people in a condisending manner. He acts like big shot and things you are a low life. People like that are in need on people skills. Of course I willing to bet he has been told that before. This place might just be a front for something else. I will further investigate....guess what I did not buy a vehicle from this dude.
