we bought a Husqvarna pzt5224 a few years ago. the tie rod that holds the rear drive wheels in alignment sheared the head off the retaining bolt making the rear wheels look like an old VW from the 60s. they finally brought a replacement that I ended up installing...the same bolt also sheared again. they were supposed to bring another rod and new bolts out to our location...so far it has been over a year...I gave up...drilled out the broken bolt...replaced BOTH with grade 8 bolts....so far..all is well...never going back to outdoor products...the after sale service is does not exist...in addition..our 4 wheeler needed a carb overhaul.....they told my wife the carb was "junk" and a new one would cost $400...I bought an overhaul kit on ebay $11.99 delivered...4 wheeler runs like new..
