This place has very nice people. I'm from Indiana and my car had a problem on my way home. I stopped in Djs auto repairs and even though they were very busy got our car right in and fix the part we need so that we could be on our way home. They even gave us a discount. Great place! Marissa C.

As a mechanic he does ok but he is terribly slow. My son was buying a used car from Chris at AAA Affordable Transmission, Chicot Rd, Mabelvale at the first of 2015. The engine blew and was under warranty. Chris took the car March 2015 to send the motor to be rebuilt. It is now Dec. 9, 2015 and he still has the car. It was a used car and had a lot of things to fix on the car and he told me back in the summer that everything was fixed on the car and just waiting for the machine shop to finish the engine. Then a couple of months later, when I was asking what the hold up was, he said nothing had been done. He has been promising the car would be finished for months and we are still waiting. This week Chris said it will be next year since he does not have the money to get it finished right now. He owes so much to the machine shop for the motor work and he has to have money for Christmas. We tried to be patient and understanding but since when does it take 10 + months to rebuild a motor and do some repairs on a car? When I called or went by to find out why it was taking so long Chris acted like I was doing something wrong to bother him. He would never respond to any of my voice mails or texts. My son has finally decided to forget the money he has in the car and go some place else. I would implore anyone to not deal with this company. Chris is a horrible business man.

This is the 2nd time I've had a vehicle AC go out, and both times Arkansas Auto Air did the work. Friendly people who explained what I needed and why. Although I had an extended warranty, the company refused to pay for one part, but the Arkansas Auto Air was fearful that this part might well fail and I would be back in as little as four months. I feel so confident that they and not the warranty adjustor knew more about my AC, that I said I would pay the difference. These are good folks, family and friends working together, and I do believe they do what they say, and I can feel confident recommending them. They do more than just AC repair; i.e., automatic door locks and windows for one.

Awesome shop! This was my first trip to Donnies. When you have an electrical problem in a vehicle, most shops will take advantage and keep your vehicle for days/weeks and still not find the problem. Then charge you what the vehicle is worth. Donnies Foreign Car Service is hands down the best. A little over an hour later, I was called saying "your truck is done"! Professional, courteous, and honest auto mechanic services. These guys will explain in lamen's terms what work your car needs and why. 15 years ago they figured out a simple fix on my wife's car when 4 other shops around town had no clue what to do. Car Connections allowed me to let my mechanic inspect the car and they found it as good as Car Connections claimed. They deal in clean exceptionally good used car. My car was over 13 years old and was spotless.

Didn’t show up or return my call after I setup an appointment to look at a previous repair that he had done that was less that 12 months that was still under warranty under his policies. He’s not a man of his word don’t trust him

They Ripped me off 800 Dollars to put on a Dam fuel Filter on said they drained my tank had water in it. Dont deal with these Con Artist . DONT DEAL WITH THERE SHOP THEY ARE TRAINED TO CON YOU

Very poor customer service. I had my car towed their because it wouldn't start and had them perform a no start diagnostic which was $89 dollars no problem. The mechanic told me the part is on back order for 4 weeks but luckily landers dodge had the chance only one in town for $300. So my total with parts and labor would be $512.30 out the door still not a problem. Told the mechanic not to perform the work until I contacted them back. Well they took it upon themselves to do the work anyway. Come to find out the part is available everywhere in every parts store in little rock has them for a $89-$110 rain including landers dodge. When I confronted the mechanic he stated that all shops mark up their parts. 125% markup is a RIPOFF. I SPENT $1000 dollars getting my a/c fixed last year with this same shop and this is how you treat a repeat customer by marking up a part 125% I won't be going back to let them change the oil on my lawnmower.

Took in my 1979 Bronco for an oil change. The service person pulled my truck into the shop and about a minute later pulled my bronco out saying I had to many oil leaks, which is funny due to the fact my motor has less than 2k on a rebuild. I asked them to show me where the leak was, they pointed to one small drip around my front main seal. After I pointed out how small the leak was they gave me some BS about a dent in my oil pan preventing them from taking off the drain plug. When I started my bronco to leave the windshield wipers would not switch off, come to find out the service guy twisted the switch to far and broke it. I will not be using Jiffy Lube ever again. I changed my oil by myself and the drain plug came off with no problem.
