I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! Went to Alex’s for my 2nd tire repair. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and I even learned a few tricks to use while working on my Baha. He knew exactly what was wrong with my bike ?? I’ve noticed a lot of mechanics locally, shy away from MoPeds if it’s not a Vespa- and he was not only able to assess my calipers and how to maneuver my bike easy, he also fixed it and worked with me on the price. My bike is now safe and I’ve been cruising it all around Phoenix. I’d strongly suggest looking into buying a MoPed. You can’t beat 5 dollar fill ups on gas; and a safe ride. They take them in, fix them up, and sell them there. I already have 2, working on getting my third now.

Sat on my car for months and never finished work place is a huge scam

Do not do business with this shop. Was charged twice for service done on my credit card. When I called my bank to dispute this charge the owner got upset and told me to take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional jerks
