Awesome mom and pop business, I thought I was going to spend a lot of money and also miss work the next day but nope they fixed my truck the same day . What was so cool was the wife gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. I had my truck towed there at 430 and they stayed late to fix it. You can't get that kind of service at a franchise business. I highly recommend this place and it's not the first time they have got me out of a jamb......

DUDE! This shop is awesome i had so many problems with my car and Mr. Cordero would fix them he wouldn’t hesitate or tell me that he will take couple of days because of other cars he has working on. First i took my car in because i needed a check before I went to California, he check it and there was major engine leaking, he fixed it in 4 days, that’s a major AWESOME thing, in 4 days he fixed my electric window, the engine ,radiator, my struts literally in 4 days!... i went to cali no problem my car was running very fast! after that he had told me about my Clutch, i didn’t listen hahaha, then boom clutch went out, i take it in he fixed it OVER NIGHT!!!, boom i have my baby again no problem, and his price is reasonable! He is my mechanic! No complaints or anything and he let me borrow a car while I didn’t have one. Lynn

Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

They provided a quote based on the information I provided for my 2009 Honda Accord. The quote was some $300 cheaper than another quote. Drop off vehicle in the morning, they called back (I wanted uni-struts) and indicated the coils were fine and that it would save me about $100. I told them proceed. Also spoke about the need for tires since the rear tires were wearing incorrectly due to strut issue. They quoted the entire job (4 new tires, struts with shocks, balance and align and labor) of approx. $1050. Their communication was excellent, quote was fair and no hidden or "or other identified issues". The vehicle rides and drive as if new. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them as your "go to" auto repair shop. GOOD GUYS!!

Chris did some work on our truck and he did an amazing job and was so nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future if we have a need again. Not only was he honest but he took his time and explained why he was doing everything and also showed my son what he was doing and allowed him to watch and learn. This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I just moved to Arizona for 1 year not knowing any shop to fix My 2000 Honda Civic power steering pump. I called Japanese Auto Pro's for a quote and they were very reasonable price. I needed a tire quick, in a hurry. Didn't want to spend too much money or time for it. Went to the NE corner of I-17 and Glendale Ave. There were several cars there before me. I was on a jack and tire off in less than 15 minutes. They had several tires that I could use that were recommended by the manufacturer. I choose one that closely resembled the remaining three tires. The tires was put on the rim, balanced and on my car in no time after making my selection. I was out the door for $20.00 and about half an hour later. That tire outlasted the other three tires and ended up using it as the spare. I'm not saying that you too will be as lucky as I with your used tire purchase. But for $20.00 and quick service if the tire lasts three months you've made out like a bandit. Sure beats the wait at Big O or Discount Tires, just saying.

Good place. Enrique is very humble and honest. Decent prices and very quick. He doesn't mind taking you if you need to go somewhere while your vehicle is getting worked on either. Cassandra L.
