They provided a quote based on the information I provided for my 2009 Honda Accord. The quote was some $300 cheaper than another quote. Drop off vehicle in the morning, they called back (I wanted uni-struts) and indicated the coils were fine and that it would save me about $100. I told them proceed. Also spoke about the need for tires since the rear tires were wearing incorrectly due to strut issue. They quoted the entire job (4 new tires, struts with shocks, balance and align and labor) of approx. $1050. Their communication was excellent, quote was fair and no hidden or "or other identified issues". The vehicle rides and drive as if new.
