I went in looking for a tv setup for my vehicle and was impressed with the Chameleon headrest they sell, not only do they look factory but they function better than I expected. The reason why I am really impressed with them is they installed these headrest and I took a panel apart the other day to run a wire, and noticed they had used the same side to run wires to the monitors. I was so impressed by how clean the wire was ran, they could have easily did a nasty job ran the wires loosely and I might have never noticed because it was underneath the panel, but it wasn't the wires were ran together and wrapped in the black covering that the factory wires come wrapped in, these wires looked factory like they belonged there. I have seen some other installs in friends cars and you can tell they don't pay attention to detail. I will definitely go back.

I just went to sound depot and looked at my options for a full system. I was impressed with the sound of the sub for the price so I got apart of the financing program they offer which is 90 days same as cash. Very worth it because I drive 30 minutes to and from work everyday. Thanks

These guys are great. I had a problem with my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee that the local Jeep dealer (Yuma, AZ) could not even diagnose, let alone fix. While driving, both the check engine and the electronic throttle control warning lights would come on; then, the temperature gauge would suddenly drop to zero; then,the "Check Gauges" warning message would appear. Some miles or days later, everything would go off, but soon would come back on. This cycle continued for some weeks. I took it to the dealer twice, he could not figure out the problem because there weren't any codes stored in the computer. Bill, head guy at Richards, puzzled over this for a bit and then said, maybe the temperature sending unit is going bad. We replaced the suspect unit - no more problems. They don't gouge you like so many of the shops here try to do (jeep dealer included). They tell you straight and fix what needs fixing. Can't ask for any more than that. Great shop. Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they smoke in their office.

I took my Subaru in for an alignment based on another shop's recommendation. I explained some of the signs I found that made me feel the alignment needed to be fixed. The tech spent an hour adjusting all of the corners and went over the before and after settings. I have been to many alignment shops across the country and the alignment performed at Chassis Dynamics was the most comprehensive and precise I have seen. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

I set up an appointment a week and half in advance to have some stuff done on my motor home. An 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30am. At 8am I let the person know that I was there they got my info, VIN # etc. I was told that it would be a couple of hours at most, maybe less before they got to me. Why did I get an appointment? After 2 hours of waiting they told me they did not know when they would get me in. At 11 am (3 hours of waiting) I was told they would get me in some time that day and all an appointment meant was I will be seen sometime that day. I guess I'm old school, an 8am appointment means you will be seen 8am or shortly after. I guess I'm also old school because I don't like being lied to! I ended up leaving and never got any work done by this repair shop. Obviously their time is worth more than mine.
