My wife and I want to thank Darrin and his team for helping us save thousands of dollars from purchasing a vehicle from Valley Hi Toyota Scion. We drove from Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle when we came upon Big Apple Automotive. We asked Darrin if he could do an inspection of the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Although they were busy, Darrin had no problem looking at vehicle immediately. They discovered some very costly repairs and sensors that came up. We informed the dealership of the issues, but they did not want to hear about the problems. Due to their lack of integrity and customer service, we did not purchase the vehicle. Also, I discovered a nail in my tire and Darrin and his team fixed it at no charge. Kay Jay's is the go-to auto repair in the high desert. They offer amazing customer service and they are very fair on their prices. Most importantly they are a mechanic that you can trust.

This the only shop I take my car to. It's not cheap but the best service and mechanics I've found here in AV. This is a AAA shop. Never a mistake made!

All work performed was completed with proficiency and care. I was informed immediately of exactly what was needed and the costs for parts and labor. All employees and the owner were very polite. The made me feel like I was being treated as a family member. It reminded me of my dad who was a mechanic who treated every customer with respect.

My husband bought a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro in October and didn't notice some slight damage to the front bumper until after the deal was done. He got several estimates to repair it that ranged from $1300 to $1000 because he was told he had to replace the bumper. He stopped by Victorville Collision Center and they gave him an estimate of $300 and said they could fix it without replacing the entire bumper. We made an appointment and dropped the car off May 1st. They called us the next day to pick it up. My husband went over the car with a fine tooth when he got it home. Not only can he not find where the work was done but they also fixed a few other cracks in the paint on the bumper he hadn't pointed out to them. It looks brand new! These people know their business and are skilled with repair work. The car is 7 years old and the paint matches so perfectly you can't see the repair at all. We HIGHLY recommend this shop and will bring all our body shop work to them in the future. My husband is particularly in love with that car and he is thrilled she looks like new again. I took my Isuzu Trooper to this guy and had to take it back 3 times because it continued to leave me stranded. I had to pay for two tow trucks to get it back to the shop. I was lucky enough that a friend towed it back on his flat bed the third time. The last time I took it in, the owner told me that he would have to send the transmission to a "specialist" because he didn't have the equipment necessary to fix the problem. A "specialist"...I thought that he was a transmission specialist! I loss $1,500 dollars because of his incompetence. I sold my truck and the buyer returned it the next day when the transmission gave out driving down the hill! I sold the truck again, but instead of $9,500, I got $8,000 for it from a different buyer. This guy and his shop are a joke. Why didn't he tell me that he didn't have the proper equipment to begin with?! I should have taken my business to Central Transmission!

Eddie Fierro owner of Mobile Mechanics Team its a criminal be careful with this individual , i was assaulted by him at gun point and stole my wallet later arrested by victorville sheriffs department , please refer to public records dated 11/9/18. i have witness his a few of his scams with his clients how he over charges for service never preformed on vehicles specially wit big business . this individual its out of control and must be put away for sure and removed from the high desert . if i can be any help to assist you on any case or claim that you like to file please contact me and ill be more than happy to assist you.

DO NOT come here. The guy failed to recognize my engine as counter clockwise, and also was clocking the wrong mark on the timing belt which failed me. I went to another smog station my mechanic referred me to and passed. They are now refusing me my money back for THEIR error. DO NOT come here.
