I had a FANTASTIC experience purchasing a car from So Cal Autohaus. I found the car on Craigslist, and made an appointment to come see the car and test-drive. Moe made it extremeley easy and hassle-free. He was very honest and reliable throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from them. I was a little skeptical before buying, so I got the car checked out before buying. Moe followed through with his promise to keep the car on hold for me even though there were other offers. I ended up going to the BMW dealership of Escondido. The service technition was WOWed at the condition of the car, he found it in perfect condition, and was very suprised at how GREAT of a deal I was getting. I can 100% say that Moe and So Cal Autohaus is trustworthy, credible, and dependable. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I am a young female with little knowledge in the car industry, and the fact that Moe took care of me and was geniune and honest throughout the process made me very appreciated of their shop and the way they do business!

This place is not good!!!! Biggg..... SCAMMERS! My husband and I bought a car a few months back and 2 days later it broke down,they then gave us the run around about it not working and trying to get us into another car , they said that we had to get a car with them because if not we would lose our 3000.00 down so we were obligated at this point . We didn't want to lose our 3000.00 . anyhow about nearly 2 months later we get financed for another car and something we did not want by far, then about 3 weeks later they repo it unanounced like no phone calls why they took our car no correspondance by mail , nothing! I call the finance company (West lake financial) they said that Empire auto in San Jacinto had cancelled out the contract with wlf and asked how they could do that if they had already financed us they said they've been having problems with this dealership cancelling out customers finance contracts and keeping their down payments. Talk about Shady !!!! If you buy a car from here but hopefully you dont be careful!! also this was very good info for me but if this has happened to you , you need to fill out a complaint form with the california dmv investigation . You can find them on dmv online or call the dmv. They are not regular dmv reps these guys even carry guns they're like cops and also work closely with calif highway patrol.

These guys failed to speak to me after the repair they did failed. Don't go there!

Dave was awesome from the very first time we called, all the way to the final day of completion. He is the best! Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. They take pride in their work and make you feel great and relieved to put your vehicle in such expert hands. Zach the mechanic was amazing and professional. He met with my Dad and brother and showed them the old engine and was very courteous and professional. It was an all around Amazing experience! Canyon Lake Auto is the best shop around, period. Excellent and friendly customer service and professionalism guaranteed! Quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner from start to finish. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did.
