Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... I'm selling my truck and went to these guys to work out some issues. I needed fast service and asked them to make an exception for me on timeframe. Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.

They have the best costumer service and there workmanship is top notch. I have live in this area 20 years and have never felt this good about a shop.

Got a Altima from this guy, he seems to be nice, after 3 days of closing this deal, while backing up, I went and hit a tree, damaged my tail light and rear bumper, called this guy, he said comeover will se what I can do. He inspected the vehicle and asked me to come after a week to my surprise, he fixed the tail light and polished the bumper for no cost, Only thing I spent is 2 hrs time that day. till date I am having the car with another 43k miles clocked and no problem. Will definitely recommend this place to buy used cars. After this instance I have recommended this place to my friends and almost 24 of my friends bought cars from this place, because of the service he renders. Per contract you will sign for "sold As Is" we all know what this means, on top of it, you can expect all the services from him. one of my friend was struck in Rancho area with flat tire, this guy came over there and fixed it on a phone call. Perfect service post sales, friendly people, not pushy to sell his cars, gives good rates, finally Honest Business, what he speaks will be on the paper. Thanks to Sunny and his Uncle.

Last December, I need to have Oil, filter change and break pad. I went online and found coupon for Midas in Arden since it's closer to work. I took my car the following day and received great service. I came for Oil and filter only but I knew tabout my break pad is need change because the dealer told me a few months before. Last night, 3/28/13, I went online and read some of the rating. One that stuck to me is, Arden Midas is great at first but the second and third visit doesn't give you good service. Since I received a good service last time, I check this shop again. As soon as I got there, I told the person on the counter what I read about this shop. Someone gave them a bad rating. he said really. Guess what after I told that person about the bad rating, he himself did the service and found out that he is the owner. I received an excellent service. I'll come back again and let my friend knows. thak you

Jeremias took $3500 from me to put a used engine in my old car. Once he took possession of it and took the head off, the game was over. When removing your car and going somewhere else is no longer an option, you have the tiger by the tail. The "cost" kept increasing up to $1800 that I still (involuntarily) agreed to. ($1500 had been my target cost) The last day he told me the final price was $3100, (+ the $700 for the used, untested motor...which was BAD) without my having approved of THAT absurd figure. Many "chores" were charged as separate procedures to jack up the price. Charging hours of labor for motor mounts when the engine is being replaced anyway is one example. The engine had no oil pressure and the "engine" light was on. Smog was due in six weeks and a component was missing. I had to sell the car for junk ($49 at Pick N Pull) and I had to go to court. I won in court but he won't pay. The sheriff went for a "till tap" but couldn't collect any money because he does cash transactions from his pocket. His profile with the BBB and others was not consistent with his past life, as far as years in auto repair, etc. He knows every trick in the book. "If you give this man your ride, sweet memories will die." (slight variation of the Jim Morisson song) I have all the paperwork to prove these comments, from the greed-driven invoice from 1st Choice to the $49 receipt from Pick N Pull. In court he acts confused and thinks I should have brought it BACK to him! I'm actually a little curious to see how high his lack of shame would allow him to raise the price. Of course I regret paying the total to remove my car. I should have let him keep it, but I thought the legal route was the way to go. Well...not so much with this slick operator.

I would not recommend buying a car from RCA Auto Sales baby sale over priced cars that last 45 maybe six months with major defects then when asked about the car they say so what is the used car after you and spent over $2000 on one of their lemon cars. I have bought two cars from them and have referred several people to buy cars in the all have the same result of lemon defective cars after less than 6 months of purchase Ali the owner is very rude it is very slick in his mechanic over prices parts. warning do not buy a car from here you will lose your money and they will laugh in your face

Oh Wow! What happened to Doug the "Car Czar" that we all used to watch on tv and trust him and value his opinion??? Have you ever seen anyone crash so fast and hard- all I see are reviews that he's ripping people off and dis-satisfied customers. This is so sad to watch happen. Sometimes people just go off the rails and it snowballs and before you know it things are out of control. How long can the business stay open at this rate? Really sad to see- I hope he can turn his business and reputation around but what are the odds of that?
