The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. Case managers are very unprofessional and not understanding to the consumers needs. I have spoken to several hyundai owners who have stated to me that there rental vehicles were paid and acknowledge at the time to the complaint. The agent stressed to me that there was nothing he can do. And his supervisor Jen is only there to make sure he comes to work and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor. Because as per his words "that's not what they are here for"
