Auto repair service near Bonsall, CA

These dumb asses Had my much needed work automobile for over 2 weeks. With the only initial timeline being a couple days. They Didn’t follow through with communication or deadlines. O had to contact them over and over with no response. I Paid extra to hurry parts along and there was still a delay! Its Still not running and according to them my only option was to tow it somewhere else or be without a vehicle for who knows how much longer. Real professional! Get a mechanic that knows what they are doing! If I wanted to pay someone to lie to me and make me suffer and lose money I would get back with my ex! Obviously they shut down anything reviewed other than 5 star reviews. No place exists that is perfect. It’s a sham and a sorry excuse for a good business model. Not a service at all. Just a total bullshit joke!!! My 10 yr old could take the truck apart and rebuild it in with all new parts in that amount of time. Horrible service and lack of respect for the people paying them. Beware!!! Don’t get taken by uneducated swindlers

I had to take 2 cars in last week. Not only were they fast, but honest! As a female, it's tough to find an honest mechanic that won't overcharge for services. They courteous, on time with both cars and came in a smidge under both estimates!! Would absolutely recommend them!!! Heather Bruno Tutton

Dave was awesome from the very first time we called, all the way to the final day of completion. He is the best! Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. I had the most annoying squeaking noises coming from my front brakes. Elite Lexus service center diagnosed the problem over the phone which was from using aftermarket Lexus brake pads. I made an appointment the same day to have my Lexus brake pads replaced with original Lexus parts. The brakes are now as silent and I don't have to pretend not to hear these noises from my Lexus brakes. I would recommend this place for their knowledgeable Lexus specialist.

This place rocks. I took my car here for a complete engine rebuild, (already weary that I was using someone new to completely redo my engine) however, Thomas had good reviews from friends of mine. When I went I knew I was in good hands. He even made some minor repairs at no additional cost & now my car runs good as new. She has over 250,000 miles on it, but drives like brand new. I had all four tires aligned at Motec and I'm very happy with their work. They were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing. They were very careful with my Boxster and now the car handles great. I recommend these guys for doing alignments and they charge a fair price. Some places wanted to double the price just because it was a Porsche. Glad I went here and will go back there again when I need an alignment done.
