Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. I proceed to get upset after they had already wasted 2 hours of my time called me a liar and wouldn’t sell to me because I only had debit for him to flat out say well I don’t even have to sell you anything! No people skills at all will not be going back there again and will tell everyone I know to not go there! And the crazy thing is I even called the district manager Tony and and he proceeded to say that I acted inappropriately and was not even there! So I’m guessing him and Richard must be close. Thanks you American tire for showing your true colors!

Worst customer service all they want is your money they don’t want you asking questions about the car Carfax or anything about it the owner gets really mad and wants to know how much are you willing to spend and if you’re going to take one today that’s said worst customer service ever!!!!

I went to the PEP BOYS in Fresno at 693 W. Shaw. Needed a key for my 04 Tahoe after one was made at the Hanford Pep boys in Hanford which did not work. Your employee on Shaw made the key and took back the one that was did not work. I was not charged for the second key and I thought that was very nice of Pep Boys to honor the products they sell. I will definetly tell all my friends how I was treated.. Very happy customer Ralph Diaz Visalia, CA.

My first time coming to clovis auto shop today and all I can say is "That, is professional work!" I am very pleased with the staff, they are super friendly and they helped me with my car even though I didn't make an appointment. I thought I would have to wait about an hour or two while they work on my car but it only took them 45 minutes! After everything was done they also send me a message with a link on how my car is doing when they did their inspection, now that is something you don't see anywhere. The pricing is waaay cheaper than other auto shops and the quality is top quality too! Really happy with their work and will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to check on their car!

I called to ask about a single repair cost and was immediately treated like I was an idiot. The man who answered began telling me about other things that would possibly need to be repaired once he "got in there". I said that I was only interested in hearing the cost of the actual repair I called about and was told "that's fine if you just want the car to run for half a year". Why would I risk going to this place. I guess I would be an idiot if I went there since he is letting me know upfront that he will be "finding other repair costs". No thanks!

They have the worst service ever. Even for a low class auto dealership. They lie, they steal your money!!I called them to get pre- approved for a vehicle. I faxed over check stubs and all my information. They told me that I qualified that I needed $1,000 down. I took the money and when I gave it to Eleno he told me that there was a problem. that I had to go the next day. I went and they wanted to sell me the CAR THAT THEY WANTED. I told them to just give me my money or I was going to call the police. Eleno told me that I didn't have proof or receipts but I was recording everything on my cell. So he told me to go the next day to pick up a check. They had me waiting 8 hrs waiting for my check.

I love my VW, BUT the Clovis VW garage is terrible. Every time my car leaves from there, I find that something else is broken... something that was working fine when I handed them the keys. It took 3 visits to fix a headlight (one time they even ziptied it on) and on the way home, oh the grill comes off and shatters all over the road. They fumble around to fix one thing and they break something else. Bring it back so they can fix what they broke, and they break something else. The last straw was the seat heater. I brought it back so they could fix the seat heater switch that they broke while fixing something else(which by the way is right next to the parking sensor switch), and on the way out of the parking lot discover the parking sensors acting all funny. Bring it back again and "Oh we're not taking responsibility for that". Hmmm. I am never going back there and would not recommend their garage to anybody.
