Ive been a Good Year Shopper over 20yrs.Bought many tires from them.Its too Bad they dont honor the warrantys anymore.I also bought a battery alittle over a year ago .Its now not working they want too charge other fees just to check battery out.Which if you take to Auto Zone no problem.So its really sad that Good Year Doesnt honor their word.Im no longer to shop with them.The part that made me most Mad wasw when Manager said didnt i just see you acouple days ago i remember this car.What was he trying to say,ive never even brought battery back.I think its a case where Men dont think women know what their talken about when it comes to cars.

Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being.
