Still dealing with this nightmare. Eddie lied about everything with the car. Disaster. New head gaskets, new brakes, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new sensors Check engine light came on, horrible metel squeaking noise from wheels from the botched brake job he did. ALL WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We stupidly ignored the warning signs and red flags, he even brought his kid along and said "I'm just trying to feed my kid" when we tried to negotiate on price. We made several trips to him, he acted like each meeting was a huge problem for him. He was reluctant to have us have a mechanic look at the car first. He wouldn't make time for us to have a complete review of the car. He promised things were in order and we begged him to be upfront with us as this was a huge purchase for us. WARNING He said his "people" just did the brakes. When we brought the car into our mechanic they all had to be replaced and there were missing parts! There were parts that were missing from the reassembly. Also he said his "people" painted part of the car and they didn't put the doors back on correctly so they vibrated and rattled non stop. We have been to the mechanic over 6 times - adding THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPAIRING the car we bought. It's been a horrible year because of his lies and cheating people. Overcharged us for the registration, misspelled info so all paperwork had to be redone ( our cost and time) nothing went well, he rips people off.

Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous.
