I have been taking my automobiles to Cactus Care for over 15 years. The one thing that I most like and appreciate is the honesty of the owner Jonathan and his technicians. They always tell you exact ally what is wrong with your automobile, and you can believe that is the truth. They stand behind their work. They are respectful, attentive and courteous. I would NEVER recommend this service repair shop. They will not stand behind their work or parts. They took WAY too long to do the work required on my trailer and only finished 3 of the 6 items that needed repaired! To top it all off the 3 items repaired didn't work properly!!! After a meeting with the general manager, I still have not gotten this issue resolved!
