Vic and his team have provided excellent service for my 2003 BMW 330XI for over 7 years. Without his timely response, knowledge, and expertise, I would have sold this car years ago. I trust Vic to solve any problem with the car and provide me with the best advice to economically maintain this car. Customer service is friendly and superb - I can often get my car in and out for service in a day.

My wife and I want to thank Darrin and his team for helping us save thousands of dollars from purchasing a vehicle from Valley Hi Toyota Scion. We drove from Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle when we came upon Big Apple Automotive. We asked Darrin if he could do an inspection of the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Although they were busy, Darrin had no problem looking at vehicle immediately. They discovered some very costly repairs and sensors that came up. We informed the dealership of the issues, but they did not want to hear about the problems. Due to their lack of integrity and customer service, we did not purchase the vehicle. Also, I discovered a nail in my tire and Darrin and his team fixed it at no charge. These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . This mechanic is a rip off he charged me 900.00 to fix my power steering pump and replace the RACK AND PINION AFTER I PAID FOR THE PUMP WITH MY CREDIT CARD .3 months later the car would not u turn and had steering issues ,after numerouse excuses ( at least 20 re..dr appointments ,wife sick,speeding ticket,ect ect no response his mail box is always full you can only text and he takes a day or two to get back to you .I left car at his residence ,after 3 weeks of no response i checked to see how the car was coming along come to find out he never even tried to fix ! just used the car as his personal vehicle I know this because it had a infant car seat strapped in the back,empty of gas after i left it 1/2 full,clothes in trunk .laptop in trunk and cigarette ashes and fast food trash left inside ,As well as the door for the gas cap completly missing ( i found the door in trunk)And the car was left in driveway when he wasn't joy riding in it for three weeks with the sprinklers on leaving hard water spots front to back. I took the car to a reputable mechanic and he fixed for another 400.00 You would be crazy to hire this guy.
