I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. Case managers are very unprofessional and not understanding to the consumers needs. I have spoken to several hyundai owners who have stated to me that there rental vehicles were paid and acknowledge at the time to the complaint. The agent stressed to me that there was nothing he can do. And his supervisor Jen is only there to make sure he comes to work and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor. Because as per his words "that's not what they are here for"
