Still dealing with this nightmare. Eddie lied about everything with the car. Disaster. New head gaskets, new brakes, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new sensors Check engine light came on, horrible metel squeaking noise from wheels from the botched brake job he did. ALL WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We stupidly ignored the warning signs and red flags, he even brought his kid along and said "I'm just trying to feed my kid" when we tried to negotiate on price. We made several trips to him, he acted like each meeting was a huge problem for him. He was reluctant to have us have a mechanic look at the car first. He wouldn't make time for us to have a complete review of the car. He promised things were in order and we begged him to be upfront with us as this was a huge purchase for us. WARNING He said his "people" just did the brakes. When we brought the car into our mechanic they all had to be replaced and there were missing parts! There were parts that were missing from the reassembly. Also he said his "people" painted part of the car and they didn't put the doors back on correctly so they vibrated and rattled non stop. We have been to the mechanic over 6 times - adding THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPAIRING the car we bought. It's been a horrible year because of his lies and cheating people. Overcharged us for the registration, misspelled info so all paperwork had to be redone ( our cost and time) nothing went well, he rips people off.

Manny worked with me at Euro West for the 6 great years that I owned it and continued to work at Euro West after I moved on. One day him and I got to talking about how much fun we had at Euro West and decided we should join forces and work together again. So we looked for a new shop and found this building in April 2015 with 11,000 sq ft. this place will give us the opportunity to do the work and service that we feel is lacking in the service industry with honesty and integrity. I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well. I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.
