These dumb asses Had my much needed work automobile for over 2 weeks. With the only initial timeline being a couple days. They Didn’t follow through with communication or deadlines. O had to contact them over and over with no response. I Paid extra to hurry parts along and there was still a delay! Its Still not running and according to them my only option was to tow it somewhere else or be without a vehicle for who knows how much longer. Real professional! Get a mechanic that knows what they are doing! If I wanted to pay someone to lie to me and make me suffer and lose money I would get back with my ex! Obviously they shut down anything reviewed other than 5 star reviews. No place exists that is perfect. It’s a sham and a sorry excuse for a good business model. Not a service at all. Just a total bullshit joke!!! My 10 yr old could take the truck apart and rebuild it in with all new parts in that amount of time. Horrible service and lack of respect for the people paying them. Beware!!! Don’t get taken by uneducated swindlers

What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. I would recommend Rev It Motors to anyone looking to buy a car. Honest, helpful, professional and committed are a few words that come to mind when thinking about my experience at Rev It Motors. Eric and his team were great. They didn't have my tire in stock and my dealership didn't have time to change my tire this weekend, so i purchased the tire from the dealership and these guys took care of me free of charge. Not only that, they informed me that the dealership sold me a used tired when i bought a new one. I appreciate these guys for being upfront and giving me advice on the situation. Will be returning for all repairs in the future.

I had a 72 chevelle that was basically a shell, and in 6 short months the car was fully restored. Great service and an awesome owner. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Good honest mechanic

This place is run by a bunch of con artists, I would not buy a car from them. I would definitely go to a bigger lot/company to make your purchase. They will not tell you the price of a car unless they run your credit first. Pretty shady.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I started calling at 8:00 to inquire about bringing my truck in for a smog check. I called continuously and the phone was finally answered at 8:08. I was told that they don’t take appointments, so I took my truck in by 8:25, at which time I was told that there was a 1 hour wait time and that he would call me when it was done. I left the truck and went home rather than wait there. After 1 hour and 40 minutes with no phone call, I called for a status. He said that they were having trouble with the machine and that they were taking the truck in right now. He should have called to let me know this after 1 hour (Website claims #1 Great Customer Service and #2 Reliability are both FALSE). He finished the call with telling me that it would be finished in 45 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes, then went in to pick up the truck. After standing in the shop for nearly 10 minutes with mechanics walking past me and no one offering to help me (Website claim #1 Great Customer Service is again FALSE), I saw my truck parked behind the shop, so I went to take a look to see if it looked like anything had been done. I found the truck with the door open and the key in the ignition with the ignition beeping. The truck was just a couple of feet from the sidewalk and street. ANYONE walking by on the sidewalk definitely would have heard the beeping, and known that the key was in the ignition. If they had decided to steal the truck it would have been gone in 2 seconds with absolutely NO chance of the theft being stopped. This is INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE and leaved the El Cajon Smog owner liable to buying me a brand new truck. I took the key out and closed the door and went back around to the front of the shop. After standing there for several more minutes, someone finally offered to help me. I was told that the truck STILL had not been taken in. The guy added that they were going to take it in right now, even though all of the bays were full. Yet ANOTHER lie? (Website

they are scammers! they sold me a car two weeks ago not even and i paid 5580 and no i have to get a brand new transmission. I asked him and he said he did all the maintenance on the car and change all the fluids and i asked him if he took it to the mechanic and in the car fax said he did but when i took it in they said no one has done maintenance on this car for years!!! my father approached the dealer with the issue and the guy wont even pay for it to get fixed he said "oh well". He will be getting sued. do not buy for them!
