WARNING: HomeTown Motors by MEBray at Citysearch too bad I could not give this dump minus stars! This place was a horrible experience. I found a beautiful Jag there. Drive it and fund many things wrong with it, however they promised to make it right. We made the deal and they said my financing was aproved. I had the car about 3 days and it was awsome. I went in to get it fixed and they said that was suddenly an issue with my financing. they took the car back. Of course I was very upset. then about a week latter they called one of my references to get a hold of me. they had been able to secure the financing. I called them right away. I spoke to CID. He said the finance people were in and approved my app on the spot. he asked me if I still wanted the car and of course I did. He said to come and pick it up, it was all mine. I paid for the insurance and accessories. I made it in at about 5:00pm the next day. I was told that suddenly for soem reason they could not explain my financing was turned down. This is less than 24 hours latter. However he said I could pick out another car on his lot and he would sell that one to me. I said No I came here to purchase the Jag. He went into the backroom with his buddies for about a half hour to "call the bank" after about 30 min he came back out and said my down payment had to now be 7500.00 on a 14,000 car, This is up from $4500 the day before. and it had to be in CASH. I was outraged and left. I called back about 30 min latter and I aske him what day he lied. yesterday or today. He gave me some crappy answer and I hung up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, here and a few more. I am not going to stop until they make this right.

Moe made it extremeley easy and hassle-free. He was very honest and reliable throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from them. I was a little skeptical before buying, so I got the car checked out before buying. Moe followed through with his promise to keep the car on hold for me even though there were other offers. I ended up going to the BMW dealership of Escondido. The service technition was WOWed at the condition of the car, he found it in perfect condition, and was very suprised at how GREAT of a deal I was getting. I can 100% say that Moe and So Cal Autohaus is trustworthy, credible, and dependable. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I am a young female with little knowledge in the car industry, and the fact that Moe took care of me and was geniune and honest throughout the process made me very appreciated of their shop and the way they do business!
