FRAUD!!! Contracted for a 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible from National City Auto Center. Initially via phone and internet and then via written and bank reps. The internet site carsforale.com and the dealers own web site showed many pictures of the car showing off the gorgeous oversized chrome wheels of the car and a detailed description noting (quote) "It's large SHINNING RIMS will complement the glimmer of the SILVER STEEL METALLIC exterior under the san Diego sun," Spoke to the sales man, Edgar, over the phone who reviewed the car with me and how nice the car was and how nice the wheels were. I made an offer that was accepted, papers were sent with no exclusions noted, I signed and sent them back as asked by the sales manager (Mike), forwarded all paper work to my bank, got the loan, over- night delivered the check and was told the car would be transported out the next day. Two days after the car was to be on its way by transport I get a call from the Sales Manager (Mike), stating they decided to take off the chrome wheels and replace them with a standard OEM wheel / hub caps. I stated to him and followed it up with an email and fax that I wanted the car as pictured and described. He wrote back stating at that price agreed to he could not include the wheels but if I wanted to purchase some.. I did contact the attorney general office and have papers to file a complaint for an investigation. I did tell Mike this and asked for the owner to call me. Mike’s response was "They do things the right way" and “this is not illegal". Based on what I know and what counsel has told me. I think others with differ with Mike's opinion.

I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. You bet I would recommend Dr Ttrans. how do you really know if a business really does stand behind their work? I took my 2003 Toyota in for a complete transmission rebuild just over 3 years a go in June of 2009, I have had no trouble the entire time with the transmission that Dr Trans rebuilt for me. But just last week I thought I had ad issue with slamming when it changed gears. So I took it back to Dr Trans. they put it up on the rack made a some sort of adjustment and I have been good to go for the last week. The actual transmission was out of warranty, but Chris made the adjustment for free and had I taken my truck in like I should have for that last years free adjustment I probably would not of had this problem anyway. What a great place to do business with, in a day when folks put you on hold ,play loud music you don’t like, and give you solutions that only cost you more money… Dr trans stands behind their work and were nice enough not to charge me dime when they could have. I told the owner Chris that I would post an on-line comment. You will see this post in several places because of Dr Trans great transmission service. Thanks guys again. I had the most annoying squeaking noises coming from my front brakes. Elite Lexus service center diagnosed the problem over the phone which was from using aftermarket Lexus brake pads. I made an appointment the same day to have my Lexus brake pads replaced with original Lexus parts. The brakes are now as silent and I don't have to pretend not to hear these noises from my Lexus brakes. I would recommend this place for their knowledgeable Lexus specialist.

I love Range Rovers and to find such a great team that might love them more then me, wow! They took care of my car and set me up with some sweet after market part.Very happy with there work. Also they threw in a free oil change for fist timers. They told me to tell a friend so here I am. thanks

These are great people. They know what they are doing. The location had changed from one in La Mesa. It is easy to find and get to. I went there for several years straight and never had issues. (With the service or people.) I always had my car (Toyota) drive the best after taking it to Bond's.

I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

You will not find a nicer person than Tony. This guy CARES and is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. We just bought a 1984 Chevy RV and the guy we bought it from said the carburator didn't work correctly. We took it to him and he checked it out and easily could have charged us to "rebuild" it as we were convinced it was that and it could cost hundred of dollars to fix. He went through the whole engine and found that it was the vacuum hoses and he replaced them all, and the belts on the 1984 were rough. He said you can get away with driving it like that, and NO PRESSURE to make the decision, but we decided we didn't want to break down on the way to the desert! He worked hard and long on our RV and made sure EVERYTHING was looked at and he charged us what we thought was going to be hundred of dollars just $150 after 4 hours of work! We were there the whole time and he never stopped. If you want someone who is going to treat you right, call Tony! You wont be disappointed! He normally works on cars, but offered to help us out in a time of need. If you need a good mechanic that works on your cars the right way and treats you the "right" way, call Tony!
