Auto repair service near Lancaster, CA

Today I went in So I can get a custom job done for my vehicle which is an Infiniti FX 35. What I wanted was to keep my Stock Screen that came with my Car so I can keep my navigation system and to keep control of my air conditioner and more. I got good advice on where that screen could go on this custom built and so I decided to remove the cupholder section and replace it with the stock screen and where the screen used to be the new Double din pioneer 2800 BS was installed. The end result turned out amazing I love it just how I pictured it I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience was great.. I'm talking about great customer service , hard-working and well knowledge people working here. After the job was done I went home satisfied but I had one thing in mind I decided to contact other audio places nearby and the prices were ridiculous.

They are definitely a friendly and good working company. I had my tires changed and they provided great service. They got it done quickly too. If you have any questions they are helpful in answering them.

I took my sons quad in for a carburetor cleaning and agreed to the crazy $160 charge (I had already disassembled all of the plastics from the quad saving them at least an hours worth of labor). When I picked it up they rang it up at $198! I asked why $198 when the charge was supposed to be $160? I was told that there were charges for carb cleaner $10, and an o-ring $5.99 and grease (what do you grease on a carb???) $6.99 and tax. I asked if in fact the carb cleaner and grease weren't included in the price to clean the carb since it couldn't be done without them??? They said no. BE AWARE THESE GUYS WILL UP CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND THEIR UPCHARGES ARE EXPENSIVE. For example a large can of carb cleaner at Walmart is $2.00!! I seriously doubt they replaced any o-rings at all since the quad is like new and I had the carb apart myself the day before and the o-ring was perfect! Oh and as a side my older son bought a brand new Yamaha FZ8 from these guys and they wouldn't even fill the gas tank. He literally ran out of gas two blocks from the dealership before he could get to a gas station! Pretty stupid having to push your brand new motorcycle for a block to get gas. These guys are cheap and they are a ripoff!!!!!!! They have lost a Customer.....for life!

They don't even know that it's "VolkswagEn" and NOT "VolkswagOn" Yet each day they see the correct spelling... Why is this?
