Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They did not put paper mats on the floor of the car or cover the seats. I had oil on the side of my car and on the driver mat. The service rep Jim was rude and this was not the first time. I called and asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Lack of response screams volumes.

I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. No labor charge! I highly recommend Schnider Motors for your BMW repairs!!! I know I will definitely return for any and all of my BMWs service.

I was financing a car with a salesman at Kar max named Mohamed. He changed the price of the car, he Did not provide me with any type of paperwork concerning the vehicle, accepted payments and illegally and unlawfully repossessed my vehicle with out giving me paperwork letting me know the reason he was doing so. He accepted payments and still illegally repossessed my vehicle. They have no values at this lot and I regret the day I decided to do business with Mohamed at Kar max in Pomona at 222 Holt ave. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!! I would never advise anyone to conduct business with someone so in scrupulous!
