We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

Very good service, they were able to get me in the shop at the last minute before new years eve. I will recommend them to all my friends for their auto repairs needs. I also priced the repair work at Big-O tire store in Placerville and Big-O was twice as high as Advanced Mobile repair. Ken

Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... When I was in California Maxat Hybrid provided me with probably the best automobile repairing service in this parts of US. I had some problem with my Prius on last weekend and visited these guys; had a great experience. The team is very good; they take really good care of the car and thoroughly inspect the problems, quickly resolve the same. They also provide original parts and are endorsed to Toyota. I'm selling my truck and went to these guys to work out some issues. I needed fast service and asked them to make an exception for me on timeframe. Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.

They have the best costumer service and there workmanship is top notch. I have live in this area 20 years and have never felt this good about a shop.
